Orders for The Genius Song are handled by the seller and by ClickBank, the retailer. Supplement Health Expert does not process payments or refunds. This page summarises the published terms at the time of writing; the seller's Terms and ClickBank are authoritative.

The 90-day window

• The sales page advertises a "90-Day Money Back Guarantee (terms apply)".
• The seller's Terms say digital products are refundable within 90 days of your initial purchase.
• The ClickBank checkout offers return or replacement of any product within 90 days from the date of purchase.

A refund page that does not fit

The seller's site also has a separate refund page that appears to be copied from a policy for a different, physical product (it mentions "NeuroActivate", 60 days, unopened items and a return address in Ohio, and the Terms also carry a shipping policy that does not apply). It does not describe a digital download. The Terms and the ClickBank checkout are the terms that apply to this track.

How to ask for a refund through ClickBank

• Keep the ClickBank receipt email with your order number.
• Go to ClickBank's order support site (clkbank.com) and look up your order with the order number and the email used at checkout.
• Request a refund there, or call ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035.

We cannot predict how an individual request will be handled. Ask well inside the 90 days.
